Help!

I registered by email but have not received my email confirmation  ?

Please allow up to 20 mins (normally under a minute). Important : Also check your spam folder.

Photos are not uploading

You could be in an area with weak/no signal.

Just use your phone camera as normal and take your photos.

Once you are back in an area with good signal you can then upload your photos from your normal photo gallery/roll into the Sphere album.

Photos can be added days/weeks/months later :-)

How do I use the app ?

Each screen in the Sphere app has a large orange button. Press that and it will show you the options.

How do I delete a photo ?

When viewing in a grid (3 photos across) press and hold the image for 2 seconds. You can then tap on any images you wish to delete. Once selected press the bin icon to delete them. Note : You can only remove your own images.

Who can see these photos ?

The album is secure and private. Only those guests the organisers have shared access details with can see the content.
